Come Friday and find out! 2012 SMV 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th GRADE TRACK SEASON SNOWBALL / BOXTOP SUCCESS A record breaker for Box Tops! We finished counting 14,350 Box Tops plus Bonus certificates. I sent off $1,621.00 worth on Monday. We already had $400.00 submitted earlier this year, making our grand total for this year, $2,021.00. It is record for SMV!! A big thank you to Laurie and Maddie Kalmer, Therese Pickart, Sara and Lauren Sinense and Amy Sosnay (who stayed til the bitter end). The snowball contest was a huge success and the kids had fun. The most snowballs thrown was Mr. Falk's classroom, (thanks to Jessie Bopp and his mother). Thank you so much. We hope to have another great snowball fight next year! Preparations have begun for our Spring 2012 Track and Field Program, in its 12th season. Our 2011 Track Program was very successful, with 92 athletes involved. We are fortunate to have coaches that keep the program organized and well prepared for the four meets that our team usually attends.
