You will find this hard to believe, but read the comments by Congressman Pete Stark of California saying that soldiers are getting their heads blown off for the President’s amusement. \u003c/p\>\n\u003cp\>\u003cspan\>Here are Congressman Stark’s comments made Thursday on the floor of the House of Representatives: “You don't have money to fund the war or children.
