City of Brookfield

THEFT

1A credit card was reported stolen out of a mailbox at a home in the 4100 block of 162nd Street on Nov. 28. The card is believed to have been taken in August and eight fraudulent transactions have been processed since then.

2A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for retail theft outside of Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 2:05 p.m. Nov. 29. The items and value of stolen items are unknown.

DRUG POSSESSION

3A 19-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana in the 4100 block of Verna Drive at 10:09 p.m. Nov. 29.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

4A 28-year-old Jackson woman was arrested for drunken driving at Bluemound Road and Rosedale Drive at 2:07 a.m. Nov. 29. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12.

5A 23-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving at Capitol Drive and Calhoun Road at 2:12 a.m. Nov. 29, his second offense. His BAC was 0.16.

6A 42-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving and OWI with child under 16 (her 5-year-old daughter) at Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road at 7:08 p.m. Nov. 29, her fourth offense. The results of her blood test are unknown.

7A 18-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for drunken driving in the parking lot of Brookfield East High School, 3305 N. Lilly Road, at 3:22 p.m. Nov. 30 after rear-ending another car in the parking lot. His BAC was 0.10.

8A 56-year-old Brookfield woman was arrested for drunken driving at Bluemound Road and Thomas Lane at 11:28 a.m. Dec. 2, her fifth offense after an OWI Interlock violation. The results of her blood test are unknown.

9A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving and causing injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle at Wisconsin Avenue and Calhoun Road at 12:08 p.m. Dec. 2. The results of his blood test are unknown.

10A 32-year-old Hales Corners man was arrested for drunken driving, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Capitol Drive and Lilly Road at 2:20 a.m. Dec. 3, his fifth OWI offense. The results of his blood test are unknown.

VANDALISM

11A string of Christmas lights was cut in a yard in the 2200 block of De Carlin Drive between Nov. 26 and Nov. 28.

OTHER

Police made one arrest related to a domestic dispute last week.

Town of Brookfield

THEFT

12A 31-year-old woman was arrested for not paying for items at Kmart, 18200 W. Bluemound Road, on Nov. 25. The woman says an 18-year-old female employee allowed her to take $344.30 worth of items from the store as reimbursement for a debt the employee owed. The employee has allowed nine other people to participate in similar thefts.

DRUG POSSESSION

13A 27-year-old man was arrested for possession of THC during a traffic stop at Bluemound and Woelfel roads at 2:19 a.m. Nov. 26.

VANDALISM

14A surveillance tape showed a First Student school bus hit and damage an ATM, causing $2000 in damage at UW Credit Union, 21215 E. Moorland Road, on Nov. 16 then drive away.

Village of Elm Grove

DRUG POSSESSION

15A 20-year-old Greenfield man was arrested for drug possession at Walgreens, 15350 W. Bluemound Road, at 5:35 p.m. Dec. 1. Employees called police after the man came in the store for a second day in a row with outside bags. Police found a glass pipe with burned residue that smelled like marijuana after searching the bags.

VANDALISM

16A string of Christmas lights was cut in a yard in the 1200 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard on Dec. 2.

OTHER

17An 45-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for causing a disturbance at Walgreens, 15350 W. Bluemound Road, at 1:26 p.m. Dec. 2 after employees followed her into a parking lot after processing a return for her without a receipt.
