pool violation policy
The Recreation Committee voted unanimously July 18 to update its Community Pool violation policy after an increase in violators jumping the fence at the pool.
In addition, the pool had people throwing things into the pool that could damage the liner and area around the pool after hours. The policy includes stricter penalties for those who intentionally vandalize the pool and for repeat after hours offenders. Penalties include 10 hours of community service and revoked pool privileges for an entire season.
