Business groups announce merger
A Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce summer social cocktail party at the picturesque Lac La Belle home of Bobbe andFord Titus coincided with the announcement that the Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce will merge with the Waukesha County Action Network to form a new organization known as the Waukesha County Business Alliance. The new organization creates a unified voice for business in Waukesha County, according to Suzanne Kelly, who will head the new organization. Margaret Farrow will continue to oversee activities formerly pursued by WCAN.
Some of those attending the party included Patty and Fred Stier and Mary Baer of Waukesha, Maripat and Tom Dalum of Chenequa, Adrianna and Michael Gryczka of New Berlin, Carolyn Hahn of Pewaukee, Emily andAndy Hepburn of Lisbon, Suzanne andJohn Kelley of North Lake and Michelle andKen Marsh of Sussex.
