The Elm Grove Business Association will hold its 2013 Holiday Open House celebration Nov. 8 and Nov. 9.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 8 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Park & Shop complex on Watertown Plank Road.
The Elm Grove Woman's Club, 13885 Watertown Plank Road, will present Christmas in the Grove, featuring gifts, jewelry, artwork and clothing, from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 8 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 9.
Horse-drawn wagon rides throughout the village downtown and grounds will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 9.
The gift shop at the School Sisters of Notre Dame, 13105 Watertown Plank Road, will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 8 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 9. Many of the sisters who are artists, designers, musicians and writers will have their creations for sale.
Children and adults can decorate cookies and cards for the troops from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. Nov. 9 at Village Hall, 13600 Juneau Blvd.
The Elm Grove Public Library, 13600 Juneau Blvd., will host a book sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 9.
Welke's House of Roses, 1020 Legion Drive, will provide kid craft projects from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 9, and Thrivent Financial, 13500 Watertown Plank Road, will present balloon artistry from noon to 3 p.m. Nov. 9.
A Personal Touch DJ Joe Bruhn will provide entertainment at the Park & Shop on Nov. 8 and Nov. 9.
A food and clothing dropoff to benefit The Hunger Task Force and Easter Seals will be located in the Park & Shop during the two-day celebration.
