BURGLARY
1A videogame system, portable media player and camera were taken from a home in the 1100 block of James Street before 1 p.m. Oct. 28. Access was gained through an unlocked patio door.
THEFT
2Several pieces of structural steel, a value of $3,000, were taken from a loading dock in the 3100 block of Gateway Road before 11:35 a.m. Oct. 24.
3A digital camera valued at $599 was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 20700 block of Bartlett Drive before 12:16 p.m. Oct. 24.
4An attempt was made to take several cases of energy drinks at Metro Market, 17630 W. Bluemound Road, at 9:09 a.m. Oct. 25. Store personnel stopped the man before he fled with any of the drinks.
5A political sign was stolen from a yard in the 3200 block of Parkside Drive before 1 p.m. Oct. 25.
6Headphones valued at $280 were taken from an AT&T retail store, 17365 W. Bluemound Road, before 12:22 p.m. Oct. 26.
7A 21-year-old Caledonia woman and a 28-year-old Waukesha woman were arrested for taking clothing at JCPenney at Brookfield Square, 95 N. Moorland Road, at 1:48 p.m. Oct. 26. The women attempted to conceal the clothing by putting it on while they were in the fitting rooms.
8A purse containing credit cards and a checkbook was taken from a vehicle in the 14300 block of West Capitol Drive before 5:45 p.m. Oct. 26.
9A 45-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for taking a bag of chips, bottle of liquor and cat food at Pick 'n Save, 12735 W. Capitol Drive, at 7:02 p.m. Oct. 26.
VANDALISM
10A vehicle's windshield was cracked in the 15700 block of Monet Court between 3 and 5 p.m. Oct. 26.
11A vehicle was scratched in the 4600 block of Turtle Creek Drive before 5:41 p.m. Oct. 27.
12Eggs were thrown at a vehicle and garage in the 14400 block of Beechwood Avenue before 8:16 a.m. Oct. 28. A political sign was folded and shoved into a mailbox.
OTHER
Police made one arrest related to a domestic dispute last week.

THEFT
13Scrap metal was taken from a recycling bin at Dillett Mechanical Service, 21625 Doral Road, before 12:35 p.m. Oct. 16.
14A garage door opener and important paperwork were taken from a vehicle in the 21000 block of George Hunt Circle before 5:11 p.m. Oct. 20.
15A $20 gas drive-off occurred at PDQ, 21980 Watertown Road, about 5:50 p.m. Oct. 26.
OTHER
Police made one arrest related to a domestic dispute last week.
Village of Elm Grove
BURGLARY
16A wallet containing cash and credit cards was taken from a dining room table at a home in the 700 block of Brinsmere Drive between 2:30 and 9:30 p.m. Oct. 27. The thief likely entered through one of two unlocked doors.
THEFT
17A political sign was stolen from a yard in the 800 block of Morningside Lane before 2:43 p.m. Oct. 28.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
18A 72-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a suspended license in the 1400 block of Pilgrim Parkway at 12:54 a.m. Oct. 25. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.08.
VANDALISM
19Two windows were cracked at a home in the 600 block of Park Circle at 1:29 p.m. Oct. 28. Damage is estimated at $500.
