Don Beebe’s House of Speed Middle School Co-ed Soccer Speed & Agility Academy

MARCH 3, 2011 – BROOKFIELD, Wis. – For middle school athletes looking to prepare for their upcoming soccer season, Don Beebe’s House of Speed is running a Middle School Co-ed Soccer Speed & Agility Academy March 21 through April 18 every Monday and Wednesday, 3:30-5:00 at its Brookfield location – The Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex at 19485 W. Lisbon Rd.

Designed to help athletes succeed in the ever-more-competitive world of sports, House of Speed has been improving athletic performances since the company’s founding in 1998. Each of its intensive camps features House of Speed patented training tools that give athletes an extra edge.

Don Beebe's House of Speed has established a highly intensive nine-session speed and agility program designed to prepare the competitive soccer player to perform at the highest level. Athletes will work under the direction of our certified speed trainer, Kelly Jauch, former Minnesota State University – Mankato 4-year soccer letter winner, to improve their speed, agility, explosiveness and strength over ten hours of training. This program was designed by soccer coaches and players to incorporate the best exercises developed by House of Speed founders, Don Beebe and Jeff Schutt, to impact the competitive soccer player.

The Soccer Speed & Agility Academy will help participating athletes become quicker and more agile by teaching them the proper techniques for a more powerful running form through drills that focus on footwork, balance, and explosive action. The drills were designed to be easily incorporated into the athlete’s existing training regimen, to continue improving performance long after academy attendance.
