Maximized Living Health Makeover Moves 30,000 People Towards Health!

The nation-wide launch of the new Maximized Living Health Makeover program will begin on June 5th, 2010 with an expected involvement of over 30,000 participants across the country – over 200 of which will be right here in Brookfield.

Based on the book Maximized Living Health Makeover by New York Times Bestselling authors Drs. Ben Lerner, Charles Majors, and Greg Loman, the Makeover program begins locally with a powerful, inspirational, fun, and fact-filled, 3 hour kick-off session hosted by Dr. Matt Frahm of Pinnacle Chiropractic, a Maximized Living Health Center. The program continues with a 30 day “challenge” to apply the essentials of Maximized Living in the daily lives of the participants. Over the past 3 years nearly 250,000 people have participated in Maximized Living challenges, and the program continues to expand.

Designed by Dr. Ben Lerner, a U.S. Olympic Team Doctor, the Maximized Living Health Makeover encourages people to take control of their in their lives in both mind and body, and live life with purpose.
